Our project in Iquitos, Amaca Eco Station, started as a wonderful idea during the crisis of 2020 so that visitors from all over the world can enjoy the jungle of Peru. Our aim to protect our environment and together with the local community to create work opportunities and to value the richness of this flora and fauna.

We offer two malocas, or typical constructions, for short and long stays, built with dry leaves as roof and local legal wood, with the comfort of electricity, wifi, working area, kitchen, and all the facilities you need.

We are pleased to invite you to fully participate in this adventure where you can also have a bike ride exploring lagoons and discovering new sceneries, hike a natural trail learning and observing the flora and fauna, and take a moment in our special maloca for ceremonies, meditation, exercise and/or just relax in our hammocks.
